1. Booking and Payment
Lessons are booked subject to availability and confirmed via email or telephone. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of the lesson fee unless agreed otherwise.
3. Student Responsibilities
Students must hold a valid provisional driving licence and be legally entitled to drive in the UK. Students must be ready at the agreed pickup location on time.
4. Instructor Rights
The instructor reserves the right to terminate any lesson if student behaviour poses a safety risk to themselves, the instructor, or other road users.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
